alpha Kappa Delta Phi

Philanthropy

          In 1998, alpha Kappa Delta Phi adopted breast cancer awareness as its national philanthropy. Between 1998 and 2010, the Sorority’s philanthropy efforts were fragmented, with chapters donating their time and money to various breast cancer research organizations.

In 2010, alpha Kappa Delta Phi International Sorority, Inc. unified its efforts and entered into an exclusive partnership with the AVON Breast Cancer Crusade.

At CMU, we hold an annual Breast Cancer Awareness Field Day, with games and activities to promote our mission and educate the participants, in addition to other events and fundraisers throughout the year.
